Honest limits (read these before you switch)

• No CMMS / work-order engine. Keep (or buy) the asset and ticket desk. Pebb owns who’s on, punch, chat, and forms — not the asset tree.

• No payroll. Timesheets leave the building. Payroll stays payroll.

• No LMS and no hiring ATS. If courses and recruiting pipelines are load-bearing, keep your training stack.

• GPS is a stamp, not a map of the afternoon. Clock-in can GPS-stamp and optionally require near a branch — not live breadcrumbs or tech-tracking maps.
