Why hub-priced and per-site tools frustrate plant ops

Honest limits (read these before you switch)
No MES / ERP / WMS / SCADA. Keep (or buy) the machine, inventory, and control desks. Pebb owns who’s on, punch, chat, and forms — not the work-order tree or the PLC screen.
No payroll. Timesheets leave the plant. Payroll stays payroll.
No LMS and no hiring ATS. If courses and recruiting pipelines are load-bearing, keep your training stack.
GPS is a stamp, not a map of the afternoon. Clock-in can GPS-stamp and optionally require near a branch — not live breadcrumbs or operator-tracking maps.
Offline does not fully work. Mobile needs a connection. Metal buildings and dead-zone floors are a real reason to keep a tool that caches a full shift.
