At Pebb, protecting our customers’ data is a top priority. We only work with carefully vetted subprocessors who meet strict standards for security, privacy, and compliance. Every provider we engage is bound by contractual agreements to process personal data solely for the purpose of delivering our services, and we take extensive measures to ensure that all customer data remains encrypted, private, and protected at every step.

We also regularly review our subprocessors to confirm they align with Pebb’s security policies and with applicable regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection frameworks.

Intercom R&D Unlimited Company – Ireland

Customer support, in-app messaging, and engagement services.

6. Media Processing

Cloudinary Ltd. – United States

Image and media formatting, optimization, and delivery to ensure fast and reliable performance.

7. Search Services

Algolia, Inc. – United States

Search-as-a-service platform used for fast and relevant search functionality inside Pebb.

8. Payments & Billing

Payment processing, subscription management, and billing services.
