🌴 New: Employee Time Off Management

Managing paid and unpaid leave just got a lot easier.

Inside the People category, you’ll now find a new Time Off tab that lets employees request time away directly in Pebb.

Here’s how it works:

• Employees can select dates, mark if it’s paid or unpaid, add a short note, and choose their manager (or it auto-selects their profile manager).

• Managers receive an instant notification and can approve, decline, or comment back — all in one place.

• Managers can view each employee’s PTO history and download a full company report by year, including all leave data.

No spreadsheets, no confusion — just a clean, built-in system that works for every team.

⚙️ Improvements & Refinements

We’ve also rolled out a series of improvements across the platform, making Pebb smoother and faster than ever:

• Better Task View — cleaner layout, easier tracking.

• Enhanced Shift Management — improved scheduling visibility and setup flow.
