3. Account Registration & Management

• Clients are required to register for an account to access the Services.

• The Client is responsible for all activities that occur under their account and must keep account credentials confidential.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

• Users can create, share, and post content through the Services.

• The Client retains ownership of all content created by its users but grants Pebb a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content as necessary for providing the Services.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services and any associated intellectual property rights are owned by Pebb or its licensors. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services within the scope of these Terms.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

Pebb provides the Services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pebb, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from the Client's use of and access to the Services.

Pebb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by posting the revised Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes have been notified will constitute your consent to those changes.
